An owner and family-run company in its second generation, Rico Roland Rauschmayer leads a dynamic team of designers, administrative and production staff unique in China. Several hundred pairs of hands contribute to bringing our customer's visions into reality. Achieving this requires talent and dedication. We are proud to pay above-average wages and enjoy some of the lowest employee turnover in the sector.
We have all the licences necessary for manufacturing jewellery (approx. 25 in total) and have received positive results in a number of independent and key account audits. Our staff benefit from exemplary occupational safety and social security benefits, as well as modern and efficient production facilities. We would be happy to show you during a factory tour. Our multicultural team speaks a variety of languages including Chinese, German, English and Spanish.
For our customers, we have a Europe branch in Pforzheim, Germany and an American branch in Red Bank, NJ, for customer service and design.

In addition, we develop our own extensive OEM design collection twice a year comprised of fashionable jewellery sets in an array of different manufacturing procedures and alloys.

Continuous casting for seamless manufacture of hard monochrome and multicolored rings, with CNC turning and 5-axis milling.

Centrifugal casting for any jewellery designs manufactured in sterling silver and gold alloys.

Product development begins in the service branch in Pforzheim or at your headquarters. From a pencil sketch to CAD to animated KeyShot photo renderings. Your product can be seen in high definition long before it enters the world.
